A hike to remember
The Archipelago Trail is a 220‑kilometre hiking route that stretches across South Funen to Tåsinge, Langeland and Ærø. The trail begins in the village of Faldsled, continues through the rolling hills of Svanninge Bakker and Bjerge, and leads on to Sundbakkerne with a detour into the charming market town of Faaborg. From there, the route continues to Lundeborg and Svendborg before crossing the Svendborg Sound Bridge to Tåsinge and onwards to Langeland. From Langeland, you can take the ferry from Rudkøbing to Ærø. There are also ferry connections to Ærø from Svendborg and Faaborg.
